Napa in Rochester is great! They have all the parts and fluids I need for my cars. They are always friendly and helpful.

Walked in to pick up some brake clean real fast and long haired guy was “to busy” smoking a cigarette and talking to a buddy to even help me, as I stand at the counter for over 5 minutes he finally walks in and doesn’t say a single word to me, not even a be with you in a minute or anything grabs a notepad and then walks right back out like I’m not even there and goes back to talking to his buddy… I walked right out and will never be back again, AWFUL customer service

Guys are always super helpful and friendly. They spend time answering your questions, instead of getting frustrated and pushing you along. Prices at this one are steep. Found the same exact part I needed at cutrate and it was $60 cheaper. For the same exact product. Unbelievable.

Local parts store. The only one for 10 miles or so. Its probably been here for years. They have all the normal stuff you need. I bought some trailer lights. I was kinda in a hurry so I didn't take the time to look around much or take pics.
