Great place to buy parts. Have had many times that we didn't have a make or model or part number and they're able to figure out what it is or what to use to replace a bearing or ball joint. One worker "G" I don't wanna say names but she's awesome, even came by after hours to make sure my bike was running and the parts worked and I had a ride home. If it wasn't for this napa honestly I'd be in a bad spot with no ride but I was able to ride home tonight thanks to these guys!!!!

Would not buy anything from them there to broke to return a bad part they sold you , didn't have 77 dollars in the cash register to refund my part with a receipt and then takes the part away from me and the receipt and keeps it. Acting like the part was stolen . This Napa needs shut do to poor management and not enough funding to back their store. The worst parts store I ever been in. Be glad when they shut it down, I have heard alot of complaints on this store, after this experience I never shop there again.

Good store with professional customer service. They delivered me a tiny part, and even came back and exchanged it because it was the wrong size. Would certainly recommend this store.

They were extremely nice and helped us out of Huge jam... I cant thank them enough for their kindness.

I do business with missy and the staff 3-5 times everyday, 6 days a week. Their service is second to no one. I will not do business elsewhere.
