I have been a customer here for 4 plus years an have had few issues but I purchased a product recently that did not work an when I tried to return it the manager gave me such a hard time an made me feel like I was a complete idiot. After telling him I have used this product for years a never had an issue that it was probably a bad batch he still continued to disagree with me. I was in there 35 min before he gave me a refund. Everyone else is helpful an knowledgeable. Him not so much.

Terrible. Had the receipt for something I had purchased two days prior. Not only did they refuse to take it back, they implied I had switched the item for something different. Manager is incompetent and rude. Save yourself the trouble and make the drive to O’Reilly’s in Ossipee. O’Reilly’s has never let me down. O’Reilly’s employees are always helpful and always have what you need.

Friendly people, they try hard to help you get what you want (need)

Disappointing to say the least. Drove 20+ miles to get a part, and the counter gentleman wasn't sure how to look it up. Said he needed to call someone in "tech support" and he said he would call us back first thing Monday morning. There was no reason to call in tech support. I had the exact size if the pulley needed, even the Doorman # to help and he wasn't sure "the name of the pulley". 🤔 Well, it's Wednesday and still no calls regarding the part. Lost our business and faith.

Decent parts store. The manager needs to take a chill pill. Jumps down your throat as soon as u walk in.
