This is the premier NAPA in Northern Virginia, the staff does a great job looking out for its customers, they are very consistent in making sure your orders come in on time and that you get the parts you need, I have always had a positive experience with them, especially Sid, he knows his stuff!

They had the special type of oil for my Classic hot rod, no other auto parts store carries it. Thank you for having it.

Store does not honor national napa return policy. Employee was rude and unhelpful. Manager would not assist until after I called corporate and corporate requested to speak with the local manager.

When you go to any of the other auto parts places you usually get a young kid that doesn’t know much about cars. That’s a fact. You go to NAPA AUTO PARTS and you get real help. We don’t have that part however let’s cross reference that part and they find it. They really try and help you out other than the old “We don’t have it “. If they don’t have it right now the next day it will be there.

During the snow/ice weather, my wiper blades didn't fare well. The NAPA employees were such a help and the RainX wipers were even on sale! Highly recommend them.
