NAPA Auto Parts - Wyoming Auto and Truck Parts

I misread the hours for this business and showed up at 5:58 to get a headlight. The man behind the counter saw me sitting in my car and came out to ask if I needed anything before they locked the store. He was very kind and stayed open a little bit later to help me! Very grateful for this kindness. This type of customer service is rare these days!

Tried to buy parts here but miserable lady in the office lost her mind from truck running outside with dogs in truck had to go to a competitor with no issues. Terrible customer service.

This store lacks basic inventory, never have what you need. Your better off just going to the napa in westerly

Great store, excellent customer service, was driving my in laws car, realized they needed wiper blades. Ent inside told them counter man id buy the blades, but I needed help to put them on . They came right out and put them on for me! Then I paid for them.

These guys are good, customer service is great. I couldnt tell you about parts/prices. I dont do my own work.. I just get stuff like windshield wipers. I didnt like their negative political signage during Pres Obama's terms, and have seen none since Trump. Seemed strange for a chain business to do it, regardless of the viewpoint.
