My serpentine belt went out today. The mechanic was already assessing the vehicle before the tow truck left. He showed me that one of my pulley’s was worn out and likely caused the belt to break. He took the vehicle in the bay immediately, and it was fixed in about 10 minutes. Reasonable prices. Great people.
Towed in a customer there. Had a small hydraulic problem myself. They helped me get my bed down and away I went. Seem to be good people.
Awesome people, took 20 min out of their day to help me with my battery for free. Didn’t even buy that particular battery there, just genuine people.
Customer service is always curious and very professional...eager to answer ur questions and concerns...thank u Napa❣🤟
