drove 30 miles round-trip and arrived before their posted closing time of 5:30 PM, it was 5:25 PM when I pulled on the door. Door was already locked but the lights were still on and vehicles still in the parking lot. Spent 10 minutes banging on doors all around the building and no one ever responded. Tried calling the store multiple times as well as calling NAPA customer service and was still not able to get a response, while on hold with Napa customer service the employees slipped out the back and jumped in their cars and drove right past me. If I hadn’t already ordered the part and paid for it online I would not be going back to this location ever. It literally would’ve taken them two minutes to give me what I had already paid for and that was too much of an inconvenience for them when
