Poor services: bad communication with customers, hours not consistent to meet customers needs, vehicle parts take forever to get to this store, sometimes workers,... not friendly to customers with understanding/supportive effort.
I ordered a starter last month. Wrong starter. It was defective. Ordered another one. Parts truck didn't come in on time. They said it will be here yesterday. Today still no truck. What kind of outfit there running here
The owner doesn't know what good business practice is. I give the owner poor ratings. I'd rather drive 30 miles to get great service.

Great and convenient, don't have to travel into Gallup, and when a part needs to be ordered they deliver the next day. Also received a Navajo Bible for free!! Shop Navajo Own YAY!!!
