All i wanted was a can of fix a flat. Guy was on the phone but not talking, 30 seconds later he still has not said a word over the phone and did not even acknowledge that I was standing there. Put can back on shelf and left. Will not go back.
Very knowledgeable staff, came up with hard to find parts.
Zimmerman Napa is my go to part store. It’s owned and operated by local people. They always have what I need and if not that afternoon or next day they will have it. They are amazing people to work with.
I went to this Napa looking for a hydraulic hose connection. The had was the other 5 stores didn't, and was able to make my hose right then and there. The guys behind the counter were very friendly, and knowledgeable on what I needed. PERFECT Really saved my day. Thanks!
The price of the store online doesn’t match the price in store. So you will pay $10-$15 extra, so no more NAPA. The sales person carry a gun, like jewelry store.😆
