Napa Auto Tire & Parts

This place is a rip off. I went in to buy a quart of oil. On the shelf it was clearly marked $6.99. When I went to pay they charged me more than $11, when I said on the shelf it says $6.99, the answer I got was nobody has changed the price on the shelf yet. Seems like false advertizing. Do not waste your hard earned money here.

I Especially liked the new female employee it brings the store into this generation of workers. I will now have to amend my review. It seems these people are actually pretty rude and unfair to female employees. 😒 Overall Very Disappointed in their behavior

Good group of people to do business with. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff is always great, super fun to talk to, and tells you how it is. No complaints besides the business hours, wish they went a bit later into the evenings

This is not a good auto parts store the only thing they are concerned with his leaving at 5:30 I pulled in the parking lot at 5:29 the door was already locked they were are not going to even see what I needed they are not concerned anybody needing Auto parts they are only there to serve the local couple of shops I will never patronize this place I will walk the house bring to get my parts before I do business here ever
