Incredibly unhelpful and lazy. All it takes to change oil in a Saab is a 14mm wrench and pull filter wrench like every other car or GM style car. European or what it is doesn't matter. It's straightforward but they "aren't equipped" to handle my car. What sort of disrespectful answer is that? If that's the case, this shop isn't equipped to work on ANY car, no excuse!!
Good location, friendly and professional service. Hours are Mon-Fri 8AM to 6PM, closed Sat and Sun.
They are incredibly helpful and nice.
