Always fast, friendly, knowledgeable...if you need a part do not bother with the ordering online and waiting a couple days. The folks probably have it on the shelf.

This Napa and the crew inside really went above and beyond for me. Not only did they answer the phone on the first ring, they sprung into action quickly. I am a truck driver, my alternator was going bad and I needed one immediately. I could not move from my spot. So I called and told them I’d be walking from the truck stop to go get the part. Shane, thank you brother! Shane came with the part and we made sure it was the right one! He then drove me to the store to pay for it and he even brought me back, without hesitation and without asking! Talk about service. If I’m ever in need of something and I am in the area I know I will be calling this specific family owned store before anyone else. Thank you to everyone who made my day a lot easier than it was going to be. -:Dave

I went to buy a bulb for my vehicle, but the customer service representative grabbed the wrong one. When I got to my car, I realized it wasn't the right one. Now they refuse to take it back because it's been opened. They really need to hire knowledgeable professionals for customer service instead of wasting people's time and money. This is such a disappointing experience.

This is the WORST automotive store in Texas! They didn't even know the difference between an automatic starter and manual. Is obviously a huge difference and my father that is 68 years old had to walk over a mile to get help. I urge you to use another other store being Orielly, Autozone, ect... I can't speak for all NAPA stores but this one is garbage! Management was no help at all. Very unprofessional and no knowledge of the products they sell
