This is my favorite Napa store, always personal and friendly they always seem to have the party I need.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Double checked and cross referenced to make sure I got the right part. I’m extremely pleased with the customer service!
I love the workers at this store. I appreciate the time and effort they put forth to help me find the part for my 1985 Toyota pickup, that other auto parts stores did not. Both gentleman had pleasant attitudes, professional and prompt service. I definitely will be returning to this store more often.
I'm so thankful to have a great little store like this in our small town. The folks who work here are nice and helpful, offering lots of suggestions that don't always require a purchase.
The greatest group of men, so willing to help me..as a recent widow, there are many things I can't do, such as replacing windshield wipers..mine were so worn out from 3 heavy winters..thx!
