I pulled into Napa Tire and Wheels when my rental car engine overheated on my way to Napa from Sacramento Airport. They approached me right away, heard the issues, and immediately pulled the car in for diagnosis. They advised me to call rental car emergency assistance for help as they felt it was unsafe to drive the car without a complete diagnosis. When I finally got the rental car people on the phone, they talked with them explaining the problem. I ended up waiting at their facility for the next 5 hours for rental car arranged tow truck to arrive. All through this ordeal they helped when they could assuring me that they would store the car overnight if tow truck happened to get delayed further. They stayed with me after their closing time for the tow truck to arrive. I can't thank Napa
