Such a nice experience coming here and received great customer service! Helpful and kind staff
Staff was super friendly, wish I got the gentleman’s name. Tested my battery and recommended a local repair business to take care of me. They could have just sold me a battery and sent me on my way. Great staff, always can find whatever we need whether old or new car!
Buzzards Bay store refused to honor commitment made by Plymouth store in spite of assurances made. Smug sales clerk instigated the situation. Was referred to owner for resolution by staff in Plymouth. To be continued... I was able to continue the issue with store management and get satisfactory resolution. It seems there was an issue with training and communication which has been corrected. I also apologized for my anger at the time of the adverse event. All well that ends well.
