Metric brake lines they had. Few choices in other stores. And guy was super friendly. Will shop here again

Only reason I give one star is because I cannot EVER get someone on the phone. Numerous calls, accompanied by "can you hold please" followed by 10 minutes of hearing the same bot message repeated over and over. I understand sometimes you get busy... But it's every single time. They either need to hire more people, or figure it out. They've lost hundreds of dollars of my business so far. Will not call them again.

Good service depending on who you get at the counter. Some are very helpful and others are very lazy and just taking up space

Busy. A bit of a wait to check out. Staff shortage, like many other retailers. I like the store because it's a real honest parts store. Less of the gimmicks and more of the parts and tools to get the job done. Staff with enough age to know what they are selling and how to use it.

Great place, but the new name is West Parts and Supply. Todd West is awesome and has a great story! Started out delivering parts now owns 6 stores. Look for West Parts and Supply owned NAPA stores, worth the visit.
