Absolutelly unprofesional , Brian from service desk informed me at 8am that he will let me know within hour or two about repair estimete After 6 hours i called and he told me with attitude that i may get estimate on my repair within few days and he tought that i was going to leave my car for few days there I would not leave my car for estimate if he will told me that in the morning , he waisted a lot of my time. Stay away folks . Never again !!!

This is the place to go for oil changes. A lot of dealerships give you an appointment, but overbook. Not here. Was in and out in around 20 minutes. They know their clients' time is valuable, so they provide professional and quick service.

Came in for an oil change at my appointment time of 3pm. At 335pm I asked the woman at the desk how much longer it would be. She responded that if I didn't want to wait I could leave dangling my keys in my face, because she did me a favor by fitting me in. If I was told that I when I called for the appointment, I would have expected to wait longer than usual! I then asked again How long it would be because I had another appointment after this oil change. She then proceeded to tell me AGAIN that I could just leave. I told her that she was being rude and dismissive towards me and then asked her for her name, she blatantly refused to give me her name like I wouldn't eventually find out! She continued to mumble under her breath and was eyeballing me profusely... I walked out and asked to s

Seems this place just keeps getting worse. Reception is still very slow. No people, my car was done, and the receptionist walked out to her car on her phone. Very unprofessional location. I paid for the works and they did not top off fluids, nor did they rotate my tires. Last free service, so last time I will be bringing it in. If you ever get a car from this location, adding free oil change is not a perk.

I work near this location and often get my oil changed over lunch here. Every time service if just fine - I’m in and out and the staff is knowledgeable. Today I called after getting my oil changed at another location because a few lug nuts were loose on my tire. I was greeted by the sweetest service woman I have ever come into contact with. She encouraged me to come in right away and they would be happy to get me in. When I came in I witnessed her deal with a few rude calls (because she was a woman) and other people waiting on service for their cars yet she never stopped treating everyone with care, knowledge, and kindness. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this kind of dedication to quality customer service.
