Nappa Car Wash

Did a terrible job they usually will brush back of vehicle to ensure cleanliness because drive through doesn’t reach that area. Said didn’t have time cause busy but the price still they same. I expect same service every time I come. Be consistent

It's a great place to go. It's quick and smooth sailing. The only issue I have is that it doesn't clean the back of my truck. There needs to be a piece of equipment that goes from top to bottom or a person that washes it before it goes through the wash. Other than that, my weekly visits are great. Just left this morning even though I went yesterday. But you have to love the rain lol.

The worker who assisted with the selection of the type of wash was friendly and helpful.

Started off nice but then they turned the heat off on the dryers maybe to save money over the summer and I had to spend 10 minutes every car wash drying my car manually. That defeats the purpose of a drive thru car wash. I assume it’s because the owner is cheap and doesn’t respect nor care about what he does in our community ( the employees themselves will tell you this ). I believe everything here at Napa has been watered down as well. These folks are not good at the one service they provide which is washing your car. If you want a wet car that still has bird mess on it somehow after a wash go here and waste your money.

Very good. Attendant also onsite while you vacuum your car. He was very helpful.
