Napralla Tires

Had a last minute family emergency, had a bad tire thought it was a stem leak been driving on it for months. I went in after calling ahead and the owner mark was remarkable! He got me in last minute and helped me get a new used tire so I could travel to help my family and was very reasonable in price! I remember being my daughter’s age coming to him with my dad and wouldn’t pick another place! I know I can trust his work! Thank you mark for helping me so I can help my family bless you and yours!

Worst Customer service. RUDE. BIG TALKER ON THE PHONE. Reminds of those people behind their computers "keyboard warriors". Thinking about starting a Class Action. I personally have experienced myself and 2 others that bought used tires and within a month they blew out. I'm just waiting for when that happens to somebody's Family, Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother and it blows out on the freeway, liability? Going to call their Insurance company and see if they are OK with paying out Large sums of Money for their Negligence. There isn't a rating for less than 0. Definitely would be minus 0. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THEY AREN'T WHO THEY WERE WHEN THEY 1ST BEGAN. AT THIS RATE IT'LL HAPPEN THIS YEAR.

Poor communication, unsatisfactory work, over charged, and had to pay another shop to redo the work. Save yourself the money, and the headache. Extremely disappointed. I picked up my truck with more damage than before it made it on there lift. Torn boot and broken axel from there incorrect hub installation. Grease slung everywhere. Tire swap and balance... all 4 had to be redone. One brand new tire was going flat 4 days later! You've been warned!

Outstanding work did an amazing job aligning my car my car is lowered they even made sure it went on the rack with no issues made sure my alignment was on point

Was travelling south on NYE when my truck didn't feel right so I pulled over at the rest area north of Westfield and found my tire was almost flat. I popped my spare on which wasn't in much better shape. I had enough air to head down the road. I called numerous places around the area and thankfully Napralla was still open. I explained my situation and they told me to come on over and they would work me in. Shortly after I arrived, my tire was being repaired. They even put it back on for me and repaired my spare as well! Everyone there was super friendly. I even spoke with a local gentleman who was there to get a tractor tire repaired who would second my review of Napralla. He confirmed to me that this was a top notch place and they do their best to accommodate anyone who is in a s
