Wow, what a great experience here!! We went in to have our trailer de-winterized and Mason was nothing but kind and showed us everything we needed to know without hesitation, he even tested our trailer brakes and got our camera working. All this with a smile on his face!!! What a wonderful experience!!!

I can't say enough good things about Mason and the team at Nashville RV! We recently faced several warranty issues with our new RV—about eight in total! I was a bit stressed, but Mason handled everything seamlessly. He not only fixed each issue without a hitch but also worked directly with the warranty providers to ensure everything was resolved efficiently. Living in our RV means that it’s our entire life, so leaving it in someone else's hands can be nerve-wracking. However, I felt completely safe and secure with Mason and his staff. Consignment program is way off when it comes to pricing. This dealer wants to cut your trade in value by tens of thousands, just so they can price it so far below market value that it sells quicker. They win either way because they jack the price up for their profit, but they are stealing money out of your pocket. If you’re desperate and need money now, maybe this works for you, but I listed my RV on rvtrader and sold it for a 30% in 11 days. It depends what your life situation is, but there are options out there. Do your homework before letting the salesman that drives from KY every day talk you out of your hard earned money.

We bought a travel trailer from Nashville RV last week. The process was great, and the RV (used) looked so good when we picked it up. It was actually amazing how much they had cleaned up and fixed from when we saw it to when we drove it home. They spent hours going over each button and how everything worked before sending us on our way. I'll also add that we started looking well over a year ago and had gone to Nashville RV to look at a used travel trailer that they had then. Jeff was super helpful and took all the time in the world to teach us about each type of camper and what we should be thinking about. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us a camper.
