Nashville Subaru Service Department

I understand that with taking your vehicle to the dealership to have it serviced comes with a price, but to be quoted $103 to replace a cabin air filter is absurd. Not when i can buy one from O'Reilly for $20 and replace it myself in 10 seconds. What else would they bamboozle me out of?

I brought my car in for service, Chris treated me as if we’d known each other for years, took the time to explain the repairs to my daughter (actually her car). I highly recommend service at this facility, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Don’t bother scheduling an appointment here. Had an appointment scheduled today for my RAB light because it was on and my RAB was disabled, and my TPMS light kept flickering, but was told they couldn’t promise to even look at it until Monday. Absolutely ridiculous, why even schedule an hour long appointment? Can’t even use the code scanner or see if it’s a quick fix is crazy

I had a really great experience with the service department. They were super helpful and made sure I was fully taken care of and did not try to push unnecessary service on me. It seems like they truly care for the customer and not solely making money.

I have my Subaru serviced here when needed. Jamaal was so helpful at my last visit. He ordered me a complimentary Uber to/from a different appointment I had during my car service. Everyone is friendly and quick - always a great experience here!
