I purchased my Ford F-150 from the Chrysler Dodge dealership in Ferriday. It needed some warranty work. So they took it to their sister dealership, Natchez Ford. The engine work was extensive, it took about 7 wks. Most of that was due to the warranty folks, I was told. I was told on 3 separate occasions that they expected that to be taken care of? However, when I finally got my truck, the work performed was outstanding, I was fortunate to get a exceptional tech. Unfortunately, the engine repair was completed, but the radio that needed antenna work, still will not receive any AM or FM stations? Waiting on my salesman to schedule an appointment to hopefully get that fixed? Just a special thanks to the team that helped me get back on the road. From Desiree getting me in and looked at, Justin who made everything happen, to Wayne you figured out what was wrong. If anyone is in need of diesel work, they know what they are doing. I’m from Mobile and was stranded, they were such professionals that took so much pressure off of me in a timely manner. Hopefully I want need them the next time I am in the area. Rest assured that if I have any issues where I am close enough. That is where I will go. Thanks to all of you.

I’d been in the market for a new vehicle for over a year, and shopped every online car seller in existence. I much prefer to shop locally, but couldn’t find the car I wanted for the price. Found out a friend had just gone back to work at Natchez Ford, and called to let him know what I was looking for. Now I know most good salesmen will go above the call of duty, but Dan Forman did about as much research in a couple of days, that I had done for over a year. He didn’t find exactly what I wanted (couple of asthetic things), but he made them right, matched my budget and bam…I now have a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee L. He’s putting on the rims I want tomorrow and delivering it to my home. I recommend getting in touch with Dan if you’re in the market for a new or great used vehicle.
