These guys take time and look at your vehicle. At the end of the day it’s your vehicle so be sure to go in and tell them the noises that it’s making if you have concerns. They don’t drive your vehicle 24/7 so do your due diligence and research. At the end of the day we’re all human and so are these guys. If you want good service, Nate’s Auto is the place to be!

I take my car to Nate's for oil changes, and service is always excellent, but when there was a screw in one of my tires, and also one in one of my husband's tires, we took both cars there. They patched both tires quickly, and did not charge us for this service. I highly recommend them!

When my car wouldn’t start, I called AAA. Two separate service calls later (and two separate misdiagnoses later), the car was finally towed to Nate’s. Frankie greeted me and kept me in the loop. Nate figured out right away what the problem actually was: both the battery and alternator. Both were replaced, Nate personally test drove the car, and it was running smoother than it had in years. But a couple of days later, the battery warning light came on. Back to Nate’s I went. Turns out the newly-installed alternator was defective—one of those “made in China” parts (because apparently, no U.S. company makes them anymore). It was late on a Friday afternoon, and it looked like I’d be without a car until the following week. But Nate wasn’t having that. He kept at it, tracked down a replacement
