I want to start by saying that I was a big fan of Nate’s work before he opened his shop and during the early years when he personally performed the repairs. I was always very satisfied with the quality of his work. Unfortunately, my experiences with his employees have not been the same. The final straw - I brought my Dodge Neon into "Nate's Gonna Fix It" because it had severe vibration at idle. Later that same day, I received a call informing me that two motor mounts needed to be replaced at a cost of a little over $300. I agreed to the repair. I just got off the phone with Nate. He’s already charged me $1,300+ to fix my A/C. Now he wants to charge me another $400+ to try to fix it again. They’ve replaced so many things since 10/2024 to try to resolve the problem with my 2004 Ram 3500 air conditioning. The latest part is the condenser. He’s good at firing off the “parts cannon”, but can’t troubleshoot worth beans. FWIW, I’ve been troubleshooting electronics equipment for decades in the military and private sectors. It shouldn’t be this difficult to tshoot a 20 year old A/C system. Additionally, I had him install an OE engine block heater in a 7 year old Subaru last year. So thankful for them! Had to get a couple ignition coils replaced and they were fast about it. Only took a day and I had my car back. Will definitely go back if I develop any other problems!

Purchased a 1972 Cadillac for restoring in Havre, MT. The car needed some well needed TLC before it could be driven onto a car-hauler and shipped to Louisiana.
