I received three quotes to repair my Rivian R1T. Not only was National Auto Body the least expensive, they were the most knowledgeable on EV's and accurate with their quote. I felt that my truck was in good hands and when I picked it up I could not have been more pleased. They are old school in the best possible way from the work they do, to the great customer service they provide. I would highly recommend this shop to any EV or Rivian owner.

My experience was great. Through every phase I received a text message informing me of where they were in the process. What I really appreciated is how I was able to leave my vehicle at the shop until the roads and streets were cleared enough for me to safley drive it home and have a place to park being as though the District of Columbia streets were covered with snow and ice from our recent snow storm. Customer service is everything and National Auto Body proved to be in the high ranking. I would definitely bring business to this shop again and highly recommend there shop. I'm very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my service here. They worked directly with my insurance (USAA) and knew the ins and outs of how to optimize the repairs with the best parts for my BMW. They identified a few other issues as well and were very patient with all of my questions. They also identified the source of a strange noise post-repair a month later and resolved that issue at no additional charge. Very pleased overall.

Dealing with car repairs can be an agonizing experience. National Auto Body fixed a bump on my Rivian - the repair and communication was top notch, from initial contact to pick up. They even removed the salt (from winter roads) on my car and it looked brand new when I picked it up! Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this shop for Rivian owners. They are trustworthy professionals and know their business well. I traveled 2 hours to have National repair my Rivian, and would do it again without question (hopefully I won’t need to).
