The Representative at the airport in Albany, GA, was knowledgeable, effective and efficient. The PickUp and Return was seamless. Great Experience!

The customer service at this location was terrible. A young employee was sitting with his feet propped up, focused on his laptop, and I couldn’t even tell if they were open. When I asked about getting a rental car, he barely responded and acted like I was bothering him. His attitude was rude, dry, and dismissive. I ended up telling him never mind. With a $400 deposit required on a major credit card, I didn’t feel comfortable or secure handing over my information. The experience wasn’t worth it given the level of customer service I received.

Forced to step aside because my reservation was earlier in the day, and the manager was going to take care of the 15 people in line behind me, whose reservations were for “now”. I’ve never seen a rental location with so many one star reviews. All very similar, or included similar conversions, to my experience.12 out of the 26 total reviews are 1 star. I will never do business with this location again and I will tell everyone I know not to. I switched from Hertz to National several years ago specifically because of the superb customer service I get from national rental locations. I average 80-100 rental days and 25-40 rentals a year.

I spoke with a national representative on more than one occasion. Regarding my flight delays and the fact that I needed a vehicle. I was promised that someone would be there and that I would definitely have a vehicle when I arrived. I was told that by reserving with my Flight number, someone would make sure. I would be taken care of because they would have the details to my flight. When my flight arrive and I was taken to the rental center along with other Individuals, there was no one in the building, but security and no car for anyone, and this is absolutely ridiculous, sad that we were treated like that.

She patiently listened to my requirements, preferences, and budget, guiding me towards the perfect car that suited all my needs.
