From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and even assisted with an upgrade, which allowed me to choose the car I wanted. When I returned the vehicle, the team welcomed me back and asked about my experience. I mentioned that I had noticed some damage on the day of rental and had photo proof. The representative was extremely supportive and assured me they would note it so it wouldn’t go against me. This level of professionalism and customer focus is why I will continue doing business with National. They truly go above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
