I tried to rent a car for my assistant because she got in a wreck and is getting her car fixed. I called the day before to schedule a car. When we got there, they wouldn't let us rent the car because my assistant didn't have a major credit card. I was the one paying for it but they still wouldn't let us rent the car without a credit card. Not everyone has credit cards. The woman at the desk was very rude.
