National Car Rental

Really appreciate the folks here. I could take any car of the emerald isle, but they brought me a freshly cleaned mustang. Also appreciated me as a customer and offered me free upgrade to a 7 seater. I didn’t really needed it so didn’t go with it. Thank you National San Diego airport. Highly recommended

Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had with renting cars. They were fully transparent, no one was trying to pressure me into any extras, staff was gracious and professional from beginning (even at 1 am pickup!) to end—even when I was late dropping off. The process was quick and seamless, and the car was reliable and extremely clean. 10/10 would definitely use again.

Excellent experience. Joined Emerald Club for a trip to San Diego and was able to skip the line, and go right upstairs to choose from a variety of vehicles on the Emerald Aisle that suited our needs. Just hop in and drive off. Cost was perhaps slightly higher than competitors, but completely worth it for easy, streamlined experience and excellent customer service.

Ok wow! Adrian, the night manager, really help make our week work trip start off right. After flight delays, and cross country travel, my Coworker and I felt like we were the only ones in the rental car center very late at night. And trying to find a car that will suit us, and our specific travel needs needs, was starting to become daunting. Combine all that with the lack of sleep, and we were aimlessly walking around, trying to pick a vehicle in the Emerald aisle. But Adrian, the manager, stepped in to save the day. He asked our needs. I was looking for a vehicle in the Emerald aisle, and Adrian said he had something that was just returned. That would do better for us than any car that we were currently considering. he ran off to another location in the garage, and came back with somethin

I'm a business traveler and based on my many experiences with National Car Rental from my vantage point, they are the best in the business. You reserve, you pick your vehicle, you go. When you return, the return process is super easy and efficient. Exactly what a business traveler is looking for and National Car Rental is the best at it. This location, SAN airport, the people are great and helpful. Seems they are all focused on making the process of renting and returning a vehicle seamless and efficient. If you don't currently rent from National, I highly recommend that you try them out. If you experience is like mine, you will be very happy with National.
