National Car Rental

I usually fly into SNA rather than LAX, as SNA is more compact and far less hectic, particularly at TSA. All the representatives I have encountered at this location have been very informative, attentive, and kind. There are numerous upgrade options available when it comes to vehicles, which is a major advantage. The only drawback is that customers cannot freely choose a vehicle, as this location does not offer an Emerald Aisle like larger airports. However, this is not a significant issue, as the representatives are approachable and willing to work with you to provide the best available option.

I had a great experience with National Car Rental from start to finish. Returning the car to the branch was incredibly fast and smooth—no long waits or complications. Everything was handled efficiently, which I really appreciated. A special thanks to Xavier at the return desk. He was so professional, helpful, and courteous. He made the process easy and stress-free, answering all my questions and handling everything with a smile. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. The whole experience with National was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be choosing them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I recently rented a vehicle from National Car Rental and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The reservation process was smooth, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the pickup and return were quick and efficient. The staff was professional, courteous, and clearly focused on customer service. Everything went exactly as promised, which made my trip significantly easier and stress-free. I have to fly into this airport quite often for work and among a lot of the national car rental locations I go to across the globe. This place is really great. They have a lot of luxurious and upscale options. However, unlike most other national cars, you do have to walk up to a counter and discuss with somebody on your vehicle options to get a key you can't just walk into the lot to grab whatever car you like and drive away which is a slight downside however it's literally right there as soon as you get out of your gate on the airport so that is a huge win I would take that any day over walking miles or having to take a shuttle to get to the car rental location so overall here's a look at some of the cars I've had each one has been phenomenal. There's been a few misses here and there, but

Randy, Monica are top notch Always so nice and friendly Really appreciate them when I am at the end of my day and turning in vehicle. Victoria is also very nice. Compared to the Long Beach Airport location which is completely opposite. The WORST all around customer service and no one wants to address it despite many complaints.
