The staff is great and helpful. I do not think I will be using national again the future. Even though I have a high status in their program. I like being able to just walk out and choose a car and drive away at large airports. But the last several rentals the cars were most definitely not worth the premium price you pay for the ease of rental and loyalty program rewards at national. Completely base model cars. I always check other prices and I have been choosing national for the mentioned reasons. But where I had a base model Altima on this last rental I could have had a loaded Mercedes or BMW for $50 less at sixt. It isn’t worth it, unless I was saving a lot of time at a crowded airport like Atlanta. One tip o can leave you if you are renting here is to get a car from a cheaper manufact

Been a long time member of National trough the PGA of America for many years had executive level for several of those which was a great benefit which upped the value, My travel has reduced and they took it away. My last rental the car I received was almost new but was a big piece of junk. I have some more travel coming up and I have price shopped National and have found for the same level of service there is much better pricing out there. Too bad it was a good run for many years, I guess loyalty doesn't matter anymore.
