National Car Wash

I have used the dog wash a few times. It’s nice and very useful when it accepts payment. I used it three times. The 3rd time the machine accepted payment but did not turn on. Fortunately a worker was randomly onsite to assist. 10/29/25 - went to use the car spray wash. I tried the west bay first. It took my card but no services. Shut off after 45sec. Tried bay furthest east - same issue. Called the office 10/29 - no reply. Tried again 10/30 - no reply. Bank says I have $20 pending yet nothing worked. Called the National Car Wash ownership line that handles franchisees. This site has not registered themselves or ever asked for certified repiars / service. They are “fixing stuff in-house” which is not happening Avoid this car wash IMO

This franchise is a disaster. Little maintenance done in the car wash area. And the doggie wash area is filthy. It's obvious it has not been cleamed in months. Dirt 3 feet up the walls, pet fur everywhere. A bowl under the tub drain full of pet fur, to prevent fur from entering the real drain? Drains backing up onto floor. Although there was warm water, the room is not heated. Card readers do not work. I called the office and left a complaint and an offer to give them the names of individuals who would work for them. I don't understand the lack of attention given by the owners to this establishment. Ugh!

Great place to wash the dog in the cold months. Indoor dog wash is $5 for 5 minutes and $1 per minute after if you push the button. That includes all the shampoo, flea and tick, and conditioner options similar to others. But they have aprons and towels available at no cost. Took me 7 minutes to wash my golden.

Drivers side looks great,passenger side is still VERY DIRTY AND SALTY. Absolutely not worth the $12

There are a Lot of RVs that drive North and South, especially in the summer. That need a wash. It would be nice if you posted the height of your bays. Many places this far north are only 7 feet. My RV is 9' 5"..
