National Differential

Worst experience. Their website lookes appealing. But don't be fooled. Ordered a rear diff. Got there to pick it up and it looked like it came right out of a junk yard. And they sprayed undercoating all over it to hide the rust and rot. Ordered a front differential and they wouldn't even put new bushings in They were rotted and falling apart. I drove 1700 miles to pick up. Needless to say I left that garbage . And went home empty.

I got a replacement rear differential for my Toyota Tacoma and it was just installed by my mechanic. The heavy whining I had on acceleration is now gone and my truck is driving smoother than ever. It took just under two weeks to receive my differential and I am very happy with the service I received.

I'm seeking counsel Zack! Also I'm not the only one by the reviews there's others that had issues with this poor work ethic. Don't buy from here. They refurbish like teenagers trying to earn a wage from others peoples core projects. Their warranties don't last because they know their product don't last. Service is horrible. Lack of communication emails are by a teenager. No respect. Owner doesn't even reach out to his customers. What a POS! My differential gave out within a warranty period of time. I took it to my mechanic shop. They diagnosed the issue. I have video evidence. I submitted this paperwork and evidence after my shop has properly fully diagnosed my truck. I didn't receive this information from my mechanic shop after a certain period time. Due to them not emailing me probably
