I brought my 2021 Jayco Seneca to NIRVC to repair my dinette slide out. They repaired it, but their $717 dollar repair only lasted for 3 in and out trips of the slide. As they state in the attached invoice they cut the shaft and then drilled new holes for attachment to the gears. The problem with this solution, is that they drilled the holes to close to the end of the shaft and there was not enough metal to withstand the torque when being moved in and out. Basically bad engineering. Another huge issue is that now I had to solve this issue for myself. I am not an RV expert. I contacted Lippert the manufacturer of the slide mechanism. The new replacement part costs $12.99 plus shipping. It is held on the shaft with 2 bolts, one on each end. My wife who is not an RV mechanic, or not

Christy Graham is the best. We met her 2 years ago when we started to look for an upgraded RV for our gas motorhome. Over 2 years we stopped by 3-4 times learning more each time. My wife & I decided that we would update our RV as a retirement present to ourselves. From the very beginning she helped us secure the right motorhome that fit our needs and was very attentive to every detail of the sale. We also want to recognize KJ for doing such an outstanding job in thoroughly going over every detail on how to operate our new motorhome. NIRVC was a wonderful experience. They really take care of the customer. We picked up our new Entegra Esteem without any issues (except the Atlanta traffic LOL). During the evening we found a leak in our shower drain. They took our coach back very quickly the next day. They diagnosed, videoed the issue. They corrected a factory flaw in the drain pipe which took the better part of the day. Over the past three decades we have bought many different RVs from different dealerships. NIRVC made this an easy process with no hidden cost or fees. I highly recommend NIRVC
