AMAZING!! My experience at National Tire was excellent!! As I have always said regarding mechanics... it is all about establishing trust, and I truly feel this was established with my first visit to National. I came in for a tire installation, balance and alignment, and left with some additional work done to prevent further damage of what was identified. Ali and Taha were very professional, explained things very well, provided excellent pricing on the parts & labor that my Mazda CX5 needed. TRUST is the key to starting a long lasting relationship. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping rather than just making a sale. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Fast service, fair pricing, and great customer care. It’s hard to find businesses this honest and efficient these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

Honestly ii took my 2021 rogue in for brakes - and they pointed out the things that needed to get done, very happy with the work, but was beaten up, because every time they came to talk to me - it was more $$$

At first glance the place looks frightening. But don't let that fool you. I had an excellent experience there (4 wheel alignment Mercedes E350). They did exactly what they said they will do. No up sale, no bait and switch, no pressure. I spoke to other customers and staff, all nice. I will return. Thanks guys.

I had a great experience here getting new tires installed and my brake pads changed. The prices were very fair, and everything was explained to me clearly and in detail, which I really appreciated. Mr. Ahmad, the manager, was extremely helpful, professional, and respectful. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
