The listed phone number has indicated for months that they are not accepting calls and that all inquiries must be sent via email. I have sent five emails, including follow-ups, and have yet to receive any response. My inquiry was straightforward, yet there appears to be no reliable way to contact this company. I would strongly advise against making any purchases from a business with such poor customer service—it gives the impression they may be going out of business.

Nations is the real deal family owned business - they definitely have the American spirit here! I stopped in on a cross country trip for an alternator diagnosis and they went above and beyond!! Tested the old one, told me what was wrong, and whipped up a new alternator right on the spot for a great price! They even let me install it in their parking lot and checked to make sure I had what I needed while I was installing it. I couldn’t be happier! Great customer service, friendly folks, and products that deliver!
