If you can drive right past this establishment, this is the most unprofessional tire service that I’ve ever dealt with in my time in Atlanta. The power doesn’t stay on there’s only one guy working the tires, so your wait time will be over two hours if he has one car ahead of you. The tires are over priced and not checked once he installs the tires while waiting for my two hour wait the vehicle in front of you had to return because the guy sold him tires with holes in it and he had to stop on my repair and repair the tires with holes in it like I said, if you see this establishment drive past it unprofessional and very ghetto

Needed a tire quick. Called Abel and he got me taken care for an affordable price. They do plenty of other servicing. Customer service was so good I just might make them my new go-to mechanics.

After today, I will no longer patronize ANY OTHER establishment, business, etc., that is owned by a person of color. The owner of NATIONWIDE DISCOUNT MUFFLERS AND BRAKES located at 2836 Lakewood Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia 30315 is very rude, argumentative, and has TERRIBLE customer service. Also, he is crass when answering a complaint. He worked on my vehicle, and didn't inform me at the time of pickup that I would need to have the same work done over in addition to having a major repair. This omission has cost me an extra $700! When I went back to complain about this, I was told by the owner that he was under no obligation or liable for any other repairs that were needed. When I first picked up my car, I was told that my car was good to go. I didn't get one tenth of a mile from the shop

I went to get my tire repaired and trusted the owner who said he wanted me to return as a customer and showed me the variety of barely used tires they have in stock. Come to find out he put a tire on with BARELY any tread left. Tried to call back twice same day to let him know I was coming back no answer. Please also let people know over the phone that you're cash only or offer other methods of payment, AND that they will be waiting outside so bug spray is much needed. Not everyone is comfortable with a stranger riding in the car with you to get cash. 2 stars because I forgot my tire lock and he was able to replace it anyway.

Although his accent is very heavy and maybe hard to understand, heart speaks clear. I call one day and told him I had a flat tire and that I was 4 min. When 4min went pass he called me to check on me. Sadly, my kids, husband, and I couldn’t make it no further on the highway. As we set on the highway waiting for a miracle the gentleman from the shop came to our rescue. He change our tire and we made to his shop to buy another tire.. May God bless him in many ways... I think his name is Edmond(didn’t understand his proper name)
