Natoma Station Auto Care is outstanding. Great customer service and the facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff professional and are very friendly and kind. They know cars inside and out and when you have questions they take the time to explain what’s going on with your car and when it will be available. Highly recommended. Five Stars.

Of course I wish costs were less but the coupons they put out are great. Other than that, this place is great. I love how communicative they are and they are all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Natoma Station Auto. And they do such a great job with text communication.

This place was the best! I have a VW and hate having to go to sac to a VW. I got a coupon in the mail for this place for an oil change so I decided to check it out. When I called to make an appointment they were already so nice. When I got there, the customer service was even better. They even got me a Lyft home. When my car was ready they sent a text with a full report of what they looked at with notes and photos attached. They followed up with a call letting me know my car was ready and additional details. I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed into replacing everything on my car like you normally do when you go to an automotive shop. Everything about this place was 5 stars and will definitely be returning

I had a wonderful experience with Natoma Station Auto Care. Our Mazda had some slapdash work done previously where mechanics never fully addressed our car's issues. Jim and the team were kind and transparent on what was needed and how much it would cost with a full cost breakdown of parts and labor. Jim even helped walk me through prioritizing which work was the most essential for safety vs performance. After years of dealing with negative mechanic experiences, I'm glad to find a place I trust will get it done. Our car is running better than it has in years.

First time visit to this place, came for oil change. I walked into a very clean and well decorated office and got greeted by Zack. He is a friendly and welcoming person and listened to my requests very patiently and assured me that all checks will be done. It was a fault on my part that I assumed the service would be done in couple of hours from dropping off, so when I asked Zack of when I can expect the service to be done he explained to me that the technicians that they have are all full service techs who can do anything from oil change to engine repair, so they were at that time working on a full radiator replacement. But still he tried his best to accommodate my request and get the work done early. He not only won me over with his smile and willingness to help, I was also impressed tha
