Employees like to joke and get to know their customers. Will bend over backwards to make sure a car is serviced correctly. Mike, Ted, Dino are very helpful and explain in detail what work a car needs to be road ready. Went in, talked to Ted about a problem with my wife's car. He looked it up and found that there was actually a recall and printed it out for me. Took it to the dealer and it was fixed at no cost. THANK YOU TED!!!

As of August 1st this Auto Center and the one located on Oceana Naval Base will be shut down to be replaced by Pep Boys. Here is my review: I have been coming here for ten years now, and I don't understand the animosity when it comes to this place. I have brought four separate vehicles with the only major issue being my Chevy Equinox right before leaving to Great Lakes for drill instructor duties. Even then, the manager had spoken to me while a mechanic worked alongside me to resolve a discrepancy following an fuel injection service. Is the animosity due to the majority of us being military, or are there dependents believing they are due to certain entitlements? I called today to see if they kept record of my vehicle being there, and the guy that answered was very rude and not helpful. Currently running through trying to figure out how to get record since they installed my ball joints incorrectly.

It's now a Very OVERPRICED Pepboys. I don't recommend especially when an oil change is $120 for a basic small truck without tire rotation! That's crazy. Take your vehicle anywhere but here. They're very slow too
