I was recently not renewed by an agent I used for more than 25 years due to agent no longer authorized to represent the carrier, needless to say that news was disturbing so I started to shop replacement coverage, my first stop was NCM I knew of them from a Corvette friend but had no need to investigate until my non renewal. It was my good fortune that I contacted them as they were very professional and handled the conversion to a new agent with ease. I have only one complaint on their website they introduce their staff and one of the profile questions of each staff member is “what is your dream car” not one representative listed a Porsche, we need to work on that 😀
