I brought Jacob and team my exhausted (lol) high mileage (181k) hard driven daily modified 2010 NC Miata, to fix some persistent issues as well some maintenance. Jacob and team went above and beyond to take care of my Miata. They were professional and thorough in their diagnose, service and repairs and resolved every issue. They are skilled expert mechanics and are passionate about cars. A rare combination. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend them. My Miata now sounds brand new at idle and is butter smooth and drives like new. Wow. Grateful I found NE Autotek Repair & Service of Suwanee. Highly recommend them. The replacement parts and labor were actually more expensive than at a professional dealership. Stupidly, I had it done here. Good heavens! Shouldn't it have been cheaper than at a dealership?

I got my car's emissions done last November and had a great experience. I tried to go again recently for a new car, but their machine was down. I don't live nearby, but they're my place of choice for emissions so I don't mind the drive. Ironically enough, I didn't need an emissions test on this car after all, but if I did...I would have come back here once the machine was fixed.

I've gone here a few times for a couple different cars now. The first time took some diagnostic work to figure out what was wrong and the team was very communicative throughout the process. The second time I had a window break and they took it in same day and made sure that my car was protected while they waited on the part. Their team is knowledgeable and kind and does a great of helping you understand everything.
