Excellent customer service, the associate that helped me. Delivered my vehicle back to my work as it was raining that day. This was very unexpected. I feel he went above and beyond to make my life a little easier. Always a friendly atmosphere when I come in and they are so willing to help in anyway they can. Highly recommend using them for your vehicle maintenance needs.

Brought my own tires needed an oil change and they did the job in half the time they estimated. Staff was extremely nice and professional. Affordable high quality work! S tier!!! *Will do business again* 🫡

Neal tire is exceptional with timely service! I had ran over a nail and came as a walk-in with no appointment and they got me right in in no time! Later that same week I hit a pothole and could not get in anywhere else, but Neal‘s got me in that same day and fixed the issue right away so I can get back to work. They have great customer service and I appreciate them responding and being available on short notice!

Went to get my tire patched because it has a screw in it. Was told I needed to replace both front tires and was quoted over $400 for 2 tires. Didn’t even try looking for cheaper tires. When i mentioned how much I had on me the guy stated “I can’t get anything that low.” Then told me since I couldn’t get tires they couldn’t patch the tire. All they did was rotate them to the back. Once I got home I called another tire place and for 2 tires was quoted $230 for 2 tires that’s with taxes and installation. So driving a little farther I could get tires for about half the price Neal tire quoted me. I will not be going back to Neal tire!

I got an oil change here and they did a great job! Fast service, got me in same day, and my truck runs a lot smoother! Very pleased!
