I have been to Nealey Tire & Auto Service on 3 separate occasions (for three different services), and they have been excellent on each and every occasion! Nealey’s is the gold standard of service! I’ve always been greeted with warm welcomes, provided thorough, knowledgeable service in a prompt manner! They get you in, figure out what’s going on, let you know what the best option is, they don’t try to sell you unnecessary services, they don’t yank you around, and on top of all that, the prices are very reasonable! It’s extremely rare to go to a care car place and actually feel trust, but Nealey’s is absolutely one of those places! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. I brought my Mercedes in for a few routine services, and my vehicle ended up being in their shop for over a month. Every time I called to ask when it would be ready, I was told “tomorrow,” but tomorrow kept coming and going with no updates. I was forced to go up there in person and argue with the manager just to get my car finished, all while paying for a rental out-of-pocket for an entire month because they were holding my vehicle. When I finally got my car back, the repairs were not done properly. My car is now overheating, the headlight does not stay secured in place, and although they were supposed to replace a tire, they only patched it—and not even correctly. Elijah and the team was a great help. I was in MD to spend time with my family for Christmas, within 3 days of arrival my engine light came on. I called around for a diagnostic and they have a reasonable price- free. They discovered an issue my regular service provider did not discover.
