Our SUV was serviced by your establishment at a reasonable price, and the necessary repairs were performed well. However, we encountered an issue when the antifreeze residue remained after a pump replacement, resulting in an unpleasant odor. Subsequently, we decided to bring in our truck for service, and unfortunately, we experienced some challenges. Communication was difficult as there was no response initially, and upon arriving, our truck wouldn't start. Your team managed to rectify the issue, but shortly after taking the truck home, it broke down again within 5 minutes of use. While your staff was courteous, we have concerns about the overall quality of the service provided.

I will never forget this place! I was on the road and needed my fuel tank drained, and a new diesel fuel filter because I accidently put some DEF in my fuel tank. They worked me right in quickly, and had the job done right in 2 hours time so I could continue on my trip back to Arizona! They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them!!

We were driving back from Abilene to Fort Worth and my husband had a "misunderstanding" with a concrete base of a light pole. The concrete won the argument and we had to stop and get some help to get us back home safely. The liner inside the wheel well was rubbing against the tire. We saw Neal's Automotive and thought they might could help us. Mr. Terry Neal, the owner was a true Godsend. He knew what we needed to get us back on our way. We offered him cash for his time, help and trouble, which took only about 10 minutes, and he refused to take our money! What a kind, servant-hearted gentleman! Thank you Terry, we would have given you 10 stars if we could! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely the BEST! Call Stacy and she'll make sure Adam knows what you need and gets it done as quickly as possible! I was driving up from Florida to Abilene Texas and thought my muffler had come off. But the honest people, Stacy and Adam, made sure the right problem was fixed.. which turned out to be a spark plug and were straight up honest with me! I love it when you find a place where the people are trustworthy even when they know you're from way out of town! Thanks again y'all and thank you Ryan for suggesting them then towing my van🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
