My neighbor backed into my car and dented it pretty bad. I took it here and they gave me a quote and emailed me breaking down each and every cost. Since Rafile, the front desk man provided me with his extensive experience working as a mechanic and now a body shop mechanic, I trusted this company to work on my car. Praises I want to talk about were excellent communication- every time I called there was someone to answer my questions, I got the best quote estimate out of 3 shops, they completed the work earlier than expected, and they even detailed my car when they were finished. I had a great experience at Nebraska Collision. Rafile made sure I understood the whole process of what to expect and what their warranty covers. They were also very quick to both get my truck in and then to finish the repairs. The truck looks great.

I am now a repeat customer with Rafile; I was thoroughly impressed with the first time I came to the shop with the results of how my car was returned. Fast forward to now, I brought in my Civic for some work and he didn't disappoint! He is super friendly and has a stellar memory for his customers from the past! Lord willing, if I am in need to autobody repairs in the future, I certainly will be a three-time return customer!!

Hi, please read it carefully. I brought my car to this mechanic to fix it. At first they were very good with their customer but in the end they want more money and also not doing a great job to fix the car they are froud they charge the Insurance Company two times and also not fixing the car very good,  Most importantly, the collision repair work was not done correctly.  The new bumper they installed is loose and rattled, and the paint doesn't match the rest of the car].i have talked to them many times about that issue but they want to charge me more and then I have to take my car to another shop to fix the issues they created. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop due to their lack of integrity and poor quality of work. These people are Scammers
