Had my 100,000 mile service done around 6 months ago. My check engine light came on yesterday and the engine was running very rough. Took my car back to Neely’s and the diagnostics said it was a bad spark plug. They replaced it free of charge! I was impressed how they stood by their work. Thanks Neelys! Highly recommend

I came to town for a day trip and my car started making a weird noise. I stopped here without an appointment, and they took my car in anyway! I ended up needing a repair urgently that could have had me losing a wheel if I'd driven it home. They are repairing it now and I'm very happy they are helping me. I can tell they care about me and getting me in the road safe. They were also very kind to my dog and let us both wait in the waiting room to get lodging and insurance arrangements sorted out. I was on a cross country road trip and heard a noise on my vehicle that concerned me. He got me in the same day; drive my suv around the block and few times and told me he wasn't concerned about anything on the vehicle at this time. I told him I was happy to pay for his time but he sent me on my way. What an honest, helpful human. 10/10 would give my business to Neeleys anytime. Thank you sir!
