Do not under any circumstances buy a vehicle for personal use here. I just bought a car here 3/2/2023 the car stopped working completely 3/5/2023.

Beth sold me a lemon and she knew it. Screwed me from the jump! The SUV I bought ran hot on the way home and I had to raise hell for her to finally agree to fix it. Had to bring it back 2 days later, same issue, running hot. Months later I found out she sold me a car with a warped head. She always denies responsibility and switches the blame saying I "let it run hot". Here I am less than a yr later & I have to buy another vehicle but of course she ain't gonna trade this one I. Just ridiculous. I'm a hard working single mom and I didn't deserve to be screwed like this. Do not I repeat DO NOT buy a vehicle here!

Beth at Neely Electric was wonderful. I wanted to get my son a car but had a budget. Beth gave me lots of options. We ended up picking a beautiful car that I was proud to give my son at Christmas. Anytime I get a car I am going to get it from Beth.

I had an electric shortage and I took my car to Neely’s. They lady was very unorganized and not consistent with communication. I paid $775 for my service and was told I had a 30 day warranty. I took my car back a week later because my left signal light wasn’t showing in my dashboard. I was told I had to pay $250 plus the part fee but mind you I have still have a 30 day warranty on my car. I was told that my signal light in my dashboard didn’t have anything to do with my previous service but they took my dashboard out to do my previous service. This is the worst service I’ve ever received. I will not be going back here for service.
