Negoshian Towing

This morning around 8:10 a.m. on Route 128 North in Peabody, I had an alarming and dangerous encounter with one of this company’s drivers. While attempting to zipper merge—a standard and recommended practice when a lane ends—their driver deliberately refused to yield and aggressively forced me off the road. The behavior was not only unprofessional but genuinely unsafe. The driver was towing heavy machinery at the time, making the situation even more hazardous. It was clear that ego took priority over basic road safety, and that’s unacceptable for anyone operating a vehicle of that size. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. Safety should be a top priority, especially for operators of large trucks and equipment, and this driver’s actions showed a complete disregard fo

Had a very positive experience when my car broke down in Chestnut Hill. Denay was there in less than 15 min and was incredibly professional and positive and made the experience way less stressful. My wheels were locked and he used a bunch of tricks to help get it loaded and unloaded and even gave me a ride to the shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Price was reasonable.

Called because my car was towed the guy who answered the phone was a rude ignorant jerk! I am new out here and needed to get my cat asap I asked for the address and said I’m coming to get my car and was hung up on. I get here to pick up MY car and the guy argues with me that I didn’t tell him I was coming and NO ONE IS HERE! He then hangs up on me again and then blocked my number . After waiting I called the police who then had to reach them, and they were there in a matter of minutes to release my car.

These folks are wonderful! Every single time I have used them! Even when we had the misfortune of having son's car towed from BC they were still great. It's a contract so what can you do. Other times have called for car not starting and tows. They answer their phone and make you feel very comfortable that they will do what they say. I highly recommend them.

Extremely unprofessional drivers tailgating cars and trucks on 495. Unsafe and unprofessional operation, would not use for towing or heavy transport.
