My husband had started to pay for a 2014 ram we had it for over a year, we had problems with it and knew exactly what was wrong with it but they said it was four different things that COULD be wrong with it. (After just being told what was wrong with it) we asked about trade ins due to a growing family and they did not care. And told us off. They had the truck originally listed as $20,000 its blue book value is $6,000. (We had it looked at before deciding what to do about getting a new vehicle) We ended up with a new vehicle and gave the truck back because their prices are ridiculous and just like any buy here pay here place, they price gouge in interest. Paid on it for over a year just to barely make a dent in payments. Costing anywhere from $710-$1,028 a month. Only people that were nice

I was very determined and excited to get a vehicle through neighborhood auto. The watauga location told ne that I am able to get approved to up to 21,000 on a vehicle but soon when I transferred to the Decatur locations Becca pulled all of my old vehicles and started to add more information in there that was unnecessary. I had everything in there! I should had stayed with the location watauga. The financing management was able to help me but I transferred to Decatur after watauga told me to pick out a vehicle and have the down payment on the 10th!!!! I really need a vehicle. They lied!!!!! And this place is not a true in house service!!
