I am not from midland/odessa (so always looking for businesses to support and trust for quality work and fair pricing) so I called Carlos on the weekend to see about availability and dropped off my work vehicle Monday morning to get road trip inspected and breaks replaced and everything was done after lunch. A “mom and pop” touch was getting rides from owner Carlos and his wife to work (not far but uber adds up so I appreciated that service) and back. It was a pleasure getting to know them and the history of the business. Thank you.

I had not found an honest quality mechanic since moving to Midland. My alternator died and I asked for a suggestion from the AutoZone Manager for someone who was honest and did quality work. Carlos and Neighbors Auto Clinic was the “go to” solution. OMG talk about a perfect referral.. this was it. I learned that Carlos has been helping people with a myriad of mechanical challenges for over twenty years. After helping hundreds of happy customer’s; he opened a larger facility so he could better serve his customers. Sharing before I get my Tahoe back from his AC repair, he’s done work on my camry years ago and got it back to me same day. Another time he also drove to my wife and helped get her car working while I was away in Florida for work and refused to take payment from her. He’s been a huge blessing to my family and this was all before he had his own shop! To see him so successful and having such great employees beside him is truly well deserved!
